Hot Water Desizing

Our chemicals support hot water desizing, enabling effective size removal without harsh enzymes; saving time, energy, and preserving fabric integrity.

Size GE:

  • Degradation of sizing chemical with hot water, minimum wetting agent and without enzyme thus reduces de-sizing cost.
  • Presence of heavy metals and their salts cannot impact de-sizing efficiency since enzyme not used thus eliminates sequestering agent leads to reduction in de-sizing cost.
  • It not require any oxidation agent, reduction agent, alkalis (pH>9.0) and strong acids (pH<5.0), enzyme.
  • Size can be removed either continuously or discontinuously.
  • Reduces effluent load since less COD compared to conventional sizing agent and also minimum usage of chemicals in de-sizing.

BINDERS (PVA Free)

  • Size Bind 60, Size Bind 40 – Made from 100% natural binders compatible with all sizing agents.
  • Size Bind 200 – 100% PVA free binder suitable for Denim Application.
  • Size Bind 1000 – 100% PVA free suitable for all types of fibres.
  • Size Bind 2000 – 100% PVA free product widely suitable for all count ranges and cellulosic fiber. Applicable for all fabric construction.
  • Size Sg B – 100% replacement for synthetic products and eco-friendly.
  • PC Bind – A polyester resin binder.

BINDERS (PVA based)

  • Texsize K – Co-polymerised binder with excellent affinity for both blended and cellulosic fibres. Ideal for sizing heavy construction fabrics.
  • Size SG – Co-polymerised binder having very good affinity both for blends and cellulosic fibres. Recommended for heavy construction fabrics.
  • Size SB2000 – Modified Poly Vinyl Alcohol Binder.
  • Size PVS – A combination of PVA and polyester resin binder, specially formulated for blends and 100% PSF size recipes application.

SINGLE SHOT

  • Sizefilm 20 – Suitable for Cotton and Viscose coarse counts ranging from 7s to 40s OE, Ringspun and Vortex. Also suitable for Denim Sizing.
  • Size Fix 150X – Suitable for Cotton and Viscose fine counts ranging from 50s to 70s.
  • Size Film 80 – Suitable for super fine counts ranging from 80s to 100s.
  • Size Film 120 – Suitable for counts up to 120s specially for heavy TC Sheeting qualities.
  • Size CS – A medium viscosity product suitable for all blends and 100% PSF fabrics.

SOFTNER

  • Gomuk soft 125 - Sizing Softener is used to enhance flexibility of Yarn and reduce abrasion resistance.
